UGH! I'm on page 4 of ten of my vaccine proposal and I just wanna stop! I've been up since 5am and I have so many other school things I would rather be working on.
A plus to today is that I bought a case of paper from Staples for $21.99! The sale ends April 24th! For as much paper as I go through this was a great deal esp since Rachel and I are gonna go halfsies!

Oh and I think Tucker might have an ear infection :( But I'm gonna wait it out until Friday to really see. I did some reading and consulting and I'm thinking it could be allergies, his ears getting easily dirty and hopefully it's just some mights. If not then I have to take him to the vet.

Google is amazing!

Ash Wednesday

This morning I woke up at 5:30am, well yesterday morning now; got ready and made it just in time as mass was going to start.
Wow! I got the weirdest looks all day during classes. It amazes me that once people are out on their own how rare it is for someone to stick with their religious beliefs. I mean I am not an every Sunday church goer, but I try to go when I can and today was an important day for me to go. The Lent season is such a special time today and this reminds me why; "Turn away from Sin and be faithful to the Gospel."
On the way to lunch I had a guy stop me to ask where he could go get ashes and then while in line I started a conversation with total strangers about Ash Wednesday, what Lent meant for me, the sacrifice I was planning to make and talked with them about their Lent goals. It was a neat moment.

Night Night time. Class at 8am and then work until 8pm-BLAH!

UGH! TUCKER!!

I'm gonna kill my dog! Alex is next store at John and Jane's doing their yard and Tucker knows he's there! I like that my dog can be friendly, but dang! Stop whinning and scratching at the door! You are being uber annoying!

With that....happy heart day! I'm studying VD on VD!! hahah! I'm studying Chlamydia  for my vaccine proposal(VD) on Valentine's Day (VD). BWAHH HA HA HA

I spent a fabulous day at the bestie's yesterday where I was nauseous all day! LAME!

I made my have to get done today list that's only composed of chores and errands and has nothing to do with school work. That list WILL be done by 2pm today! then non-stop studying the rest of tonight.

OOH I washed my hair last night! That hadn't been done since last Sunday! Talk about no time! Or just that I don't give a crap about my hair and I choose 15 more minutes of sleep over wet hair at 6am.

Me and Z went to Cheesecake Factory on Friday. That was too busy and yet delicious!

I'm obsessed with Old Navy fold-over yoga pants! FINALLY bought another pair and I bought them in SMALL this time so that they fit! I could live in these things! I am just tired of wearing jeans all the time. I MUST buy more of these amazing things! Oh yeah and Old Navy's 2 for $5 flip-flops are amazing! Let me just say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE Old Navy and just about everything that they have! AND they started carrying jeans in SHORT! YES! When I have more moneys and more time I'm going to go shopping there!

Que Mas...Que Mas?!

I've decided that no matter how tired and how busy I am, I can make time to go to the gym for 30 minutes! I'm almost there! 15 more pounds and then I'm at my all time goal weight!

Maybe that's what I should do for lent this season....make a promise and sacrifice other things in my life to go to the gym for 30 minutes 4 times a week.

Oh yeah! I came up with this amazing research project! I have to talk to my immunology and my meat lab professor to see if there is any way I can get started on it BEFORE grad school!

I am looking everyday for scholarships! There is this awesome one I'm going to enter that's a photography one and you have to show your future in a single image. Sounds easy right?! HA!

Well....time to brush my whites and get Tucker to the groomer so his nails can be cut.

School is so busy!

Here is what part of my independent study that takes up 9 hours of class time a week is:

These little Moo-Moos are being milk fed. We are testing to see if they benefit more from being individual bottle fed or having the milk in the troff that they all share. Then also if they do better in individual pens or with others. We also then have to test which sanitizer: bleach mixture or a TCM mixture is better at preventing the growth of E. coli, Listeria and Salmonella. It's fun, I truly enjoy it. I just think it's disgusting when their tongues go up their nostril.
